  3. Calentar la plancha y añadir la carne cuando la placa este muy caliente.
  4. a la carne le agregamos el ajo molido, y vamos añadiendo el sillao y la salsa de ostión y Kuai lams, lo salteamos.
  5. Cuando está a medio cocer, añadimos la sal, una cucharita muy pequeña de azúcar, las cebollas (los dos tipos), y lo retiramos.
  6. Se mezcla todo, poniendo la carne en la base y el salteado sobre la carne de res a la plancha.
