- Cuando haya subido el doble de su tamaño, dividir en dos piezas. Poner harina en una superficie y estirar la masa con el rodillo de forma redondeada. Usar la yema de los dedos para ir haciendo los surcos en el pan (de manera superficial como en una empanadilla). Cubrir durante 25 minutos con un paño. 
- Precalentar horno a 230º. Repasar toda la masa con yema de huevo. Espolvorear semillas de sésamo si se tienen. Cuando el horno esté caliente, con calor arriba y abajo dejar la masa de 15 a 20 minutos, ir vigilando que no se queme.
