Una vez que esté casi formada toda la masa, agregue 3 cucharadas del condimento (acá usamos el provenzal) y termine de montar la masa con las manos. Puse la masa a leudar.
- A los 15’ de leudada la masa, la saque y la extendí sobre una asadera grande, la corte en tiras de aproximadamente 10 cm de largo por 1, 5 cm de ancho. Las estiré un poco y en la misma asadera con un poco de aceite en su base, comencé a ponerlas para llevarlas al horno. Entre algunas las hicimos con rulos y otras planas (no hace falta darle muchas vueltas a los rulos). En el horno, estuvieron aproximadamente 10/15 minutos, hasta que se doraron y las saque.
- Para el aderezo, hice dos huevos pasados por agua, los saque y los puse en una compotera con 2 cucharadas de queso crema abundante, sal y pimienta a gusto, use la minipimer o un mixer para integrarlos todos y que quede una crema riquísima para usarla de aderezo.
- Si no tenes minipimer o mixer podes usar una batidora a máxima potencia o una licuadora! Espero que lo prueben y manden fotos si les gusto!
