- Añadir el aceite, los ajos y la leche programar 30’ a 90 grados velocidad cuchara. Precalentar el horno 180 grados.
- Limpiar el bacalao. Añadirlo junto con las patatas al vaso y triturar-emulsionar todo 30 segundos al giro inverso velocidad 1.
- Verter en cuencos de cerámica y gratinar al horno. Yo hice uno con el toque de queso parmesano. La receta auténtica es sin queso.
