- Ponemos en una sartén un buen chorro de aceite de oliva virgen extra y mientras se calienta cortamos la cebolla muy finita y los pimientos a tiras. Cuando esté el aceite más caliente echamos las verduras, un buen pellizco de sal, el vino blanco y dejamos a fuego medio bajo que se vaya pochando todo bien. 
- Mientras pasamos los lomos de bacalao por un poquito de harina y los freímos en abundante aceite de oliva suave para freír. No se tiene que quedar hecho por completo sino más bien doradito por fuera, porque después se terminará de hacer en el horno. 
- Cuando las verduras estén listas les añadimos el pimentón, damos unas vueltas, retiramos y reservamos. En esa misma sartén añadimos las patatas a rodajas no demasiado finas y dejamos freír también. Cuando el bacalao esté listo lo sacamos y escurrimos en una fuente con papel de cocina.  
- Colocamos en una fuente de horno la cama de patatas, encima la mitad de las verduras con pimentón, los lomos de bacalao y encima el resto de los pimientos. Metemos al horno precalentado a unos 200ºC unos 10 minutos y listo! A comer!
