- 1 cebolleta

- 100 ml. salsa soja
- 1 cucharada ajo molido

- 1 cucharada azúcar
- 25 g. agua

- Empezamos preparando la carne. En mi caso la traigo de Cantabria porque la diferencia es abismal con la que hay aquí. Para esta receta he cogido 2 filetes de babilla de novilla que se corta en trozos de bocado quitando nervios y grasas.
- La maceramos durante 1 hora con 50 ml de soja, el ajo molido y unas gotas de Tabasco (en función de lo picante que queramos echamos más o menos).
- Una vez macerada la carne, procedemos a preparar la receta. Empezamos cortando la cebolleta y el pimiento en juliana, y la pochamos con un poco de aceite a fuego suave junto con el agua.
- Mientras se pocha la verdura, vamos a preparar la salsa de la carne. En un vaso echamos los 50 ml restantes de salsa de soja, la cucharada de azúcar, el vinagre y unas gotas de tabasco (en función del picante que queramos).
- Una vez pochada la verdura, añadimos la carne macerada que la tendremos escurrida. La dejamos cocinando a fuego moderado, durante 15 minutos.
- Transcurridos los 15 minutos, agregamos la salsa preparada junto a la maicena y dejamos guisar lentamente a fuego lento. Comprobamos el punto de sal ya que la salsa de soja le da un toque salado.
