- Reservamos nuestas verduras. 
 Si ya paso el tiempo de remojo de las algas, las colamos, las enjuagamos y las reservamos también. 
- Cocinamos la pasta con las indicaciones del envase. IMPORTANTE sacándola 1min antes del tiempo *dente*... Las colamos 
- En la cacerola calentamos un poquito aceite (solo para el fondo) y agregamos la pasta, las verduras, las algas, soya y salsa de ostras a gusto, con ayuda de tenedores vamos incorporando las verduras, el alga y la pasta.
