- Calentar aceite en un sartén a fuego medio, freír de un lado y luego del otro.  
- Retirar escurriendo con espumadera y colocar sobre papel absolutamente (servilletas)  
- Presentarlas de forma tentadora. Les puse un ramillete de orégano florecido.
