  6. Cogemos cada bola, la aplastamos en forma de rectángulo, y ponemos una porción pequeña de chorizo sin piel. Arremetemos los bordes hacia abajo, dejando una bola perfecta.
  7. Los colocamos en una bandeja de horno separados y los dejamos elevar 1 hora más.
  8. Precalentamos el horno a 220grados.
  9. Pintamos los bollitos con un poco de leche y sal. Horneamos sin aire durante 20 minutos. Dejamos enfriar encima de una rejilla.
  10. Se pueden rellenar de cualquier cosa que os guste.
