- Lavar y cortar todas las hortalizas en cachos majos.
- Se dora la carne en mi caso le eche una punta de costilla de cerdo, cuando esta dorada se le añade las hortalizas y se cocina todo.
- Cuando esta casi cocinado se añade el romero. En mi caso como a mi familia le resulta desagradable la hojitas en el paladar lo envuelvo en una gasa.
- Incorporamos todo bien y entonces echamos el vino yo lo hago a ojo pero podéis echar un vasico
- Cuando el vino evapore un poco añadimos la patata e incorporamos todo
- Diluimos la pastilla de caldo en el litro de agua y la añadimos. Cocinamos todo unos 15 minutos a fuego medio.
- Cuando la patata casi esté se añade el vaso de arroz y si se quiere los caracoles engañados previamente y se deja unos 10 minutos más a fuego medio bajo. Se apaga y se deja la ranchera ahí con el fuego apagado hasta la comida...
- Ojo con el arroz si se deja mucho tiempo se abrirá... Por eso que cuando se apague el fuego y se deje un ratito tiene que faltar le un poquito para que esté perfecto
