- Tapamos la olla, la ponemos con fuego alto, cuando empiece la válvula a coger fuerza y a girar, le bajaremos el fuego y contaremos unos 20 minutos.
- Transcurrido el tiempo, apagaremos el fuego y apartemos la olla, pero no la abriremos, ni quitaremos la válvula. Dejaremos enfriar bien. Una vez bien fría, sacaremos los ingredientes y los iremos incorporando en el pasapuré poco a poco (ver foto). La cabeza de ajos, recomiendo sacar el diente manualmente y el trozo de jengibre lo trocearemos pues no se puede pasar (ver foto).
- Vertemos los ingredientes una vez pasados a la olla y mezclaremos bien. Ahora es el momento de incorporar más agua (al gusto) y rectificar de sal.
- Por último yo hago porciones para congelar (ver foto).
