- Ponemos un poco de aceite en una sartén cuando caliente, pelamos los plátano o bananas pasamos rebozar por la harina y freímos dorando por ambos lados 3 a 4 minutos de cada lado, una vez listo los plátanos freír los huevos salpimentar a gusto, se puede reutilizar la misma sartén, servir todo en un plato los huevos el arroz los huevos y una cucharada de salsa de tomate
