  4. Dejar orear la pasta por media o una hora, antes de cocinarla. En este caso, solo cocine la mitad de la pasta y la otra la deje secando 1 día completo antes de guardarla.
  5. Para preparar la salsa, una vez que el agua para hervir la pasta está calentándose, colocar en una sartén bien profunda y grande el aceite de oliva y sellar los langosginos, agregar el ajo y dorar, luego agregar el cajún, la crema de leche, sal y queso rallado.
  6. Paralelamente hervir la pasta y retirar bien al dente, e incorporarla directamente en la sartén con la salsa. Sartenear unos minutos, de ser necesario agregar algo del agua de cocción para terminar la pasta. Servir
