- Aceitar (yo uso aerosol tipo fritolim o mazola). Verter un poco de la mezcla, suficiente para cubrir la superficie de al sartén con una capa fina.
- Cuando al agitar la sartén el panqueque se despega, podemos darlo vuelta. No hace falta que se tueste, puede quedar medio blanco. Lo importante es que despegue. Del otro lado lo dejamos apenas.
- Repetir para cada panqueque. Con esta receta salen aprox 500 mly cerca de 10 panqueques.
