- 1 lata champiñones
- 1 pechuga de pollo grande
- 1 cebolla
- 100 g crema de leche
- 1 cubo caldo de gallina

- queso rallado a gusto

- Condimentamos con sal, pimienta y nuez moscada. Agregamos los champiñones sin el líquido y la crema.  
- Agregamos el pollo cortado y cocinamos unos minutos. Comprobamos la sazón. Yo me tomé el atrevimiento de ponerle un poco de queso rallado a la salsa.  
- Nuestra salsa está lista! Hervimos los fideos en el caldo del hervido de pollo. Si hace falta (como usamos un poco para la salsa) completamos con agua. Colamos los fideos y los mezclamos con la salsa. La colocamos en una fuente que vaya al horno y cubrimos con queso rallado. Gratinamos y a comer!! Rinde 5 o 6 porciones depende de los comensales.
