  4. Luego agrega el pimentón, 1cdta de aceite de ajonjolí en hilo por todo el arroz, 1 cda de sillao, pimienta, la salsa de ostión, unas gotas de kión y sigue moviendo hasta que el arroz quede teñido uniformemente.
  5. Finalmente agrega el huevo y la cebolla china picada. Al emplatar lo acompañas con tajadas de plátano bellaco maduro frito y ají de cocona... quedará Deli, Deli 😋
