Dejar que cocine a fuego moderado hasta que el panamito quede muy suave
  2. Cuando ya esté cocido el panamito, en una sartén aparte poner a calentar un poco de aceite, cuando esté caliente añadir el ajo y casi seguido la cebolla y el Ají, siempre moviendo
  3. Cuando los gajos de la cebolla se hayan separado, agregar los condimentos: sal, pimienta, orégano y el pimentón rojo
  4. Luego de mezclar, añadir el vinagre y dejar cocinar por 1 minuto
  5. Agregar la salsa de Escabeche en la olla de los fréjoles y mezclar bien. En una licuadora, echar un poco de panamito y licuarlo para que le dé una mejor consistencia a la Menestra.
  6. En este punto, queda listo el Panamito Escabechado para que sea servido. Se puede acompañar con arroz y alguna ensalada, pescado frito o un pollo al horno, según sea el gusto. Pero para los vegetarianos y veganos este plato con arroz queda perfecto. Que les aproveche!! 😋❤️
